As North America’s Only Independent Crash Data Laboratory we recover and package the only real-time objective data collected during a collision from the Event Data Recorder (EDR), or "Black Box" device, on passenger motor vehicles.
Our Mission
After understanding the efficiency of utilizing this data, our founding members decided that everyone deserves access to their vehicles Black Box and ultimately the data. Next, a strategy had to be created to reduce the typical cost of this service.
Now accessing crash data is an affordable reality. We achieve this by focusing on data recovery, using an independent lab model, and implementing technology to minimize costs. Data recovered with our diagnostic tool is not editable. You cannot alter it either. These simple facts allow us to be impartial, have a stable independent laboratory model, and offer executive summaries of the data recovered.
Relying on the principles of Trust, Integrity, Speed, and Value, we provide complete service packages assured by an independent lab, and use secure servers to transfer any data we recover. We also want you to understand the data you receive.
